Hello!
A few weeks ago I found a lovely little online shop called Peaches and Co. The lovely owner Danielle agreed to send me some products so I could review them. How glad I am she did!
I'm going to apologise in advance for my terrible picture taking, it really isn't one of my talents.
Hello!
I thought I'd share one of my favourite hair styles and some top tips on the best way to do it! I wear this most of the time, because I have dead straight hair and I don't like to use heat on it too much.
I start by washing my hair, with the Wash and Go 2 in 1 Shampoo and Conditioner. The reason I don't use separate shampoo and conditioner is because I find it makes my hair become greasy much quicker. I then wrap my hair up with a old t-shirt instead of a towel and it makes the hair less frizzy.
Once I've got all the excess water off I leave my hair roughly 45 minutes to an hour
TOP TIP- do not plait your hair straight away! especially if you have thick hair like me. It will not be dry before the morning and you will have horrible half wet waves. Always leave it to naturally dry for a while.
Once I think it's dry enough I will take a paddle hairbrush and just make sure there is no knots. Then put it in a middle parting and tie one side up.
Depending on how big you want the waves, pick how much hair you want in your individual plaits. Then take the hair and do a normal plait from the top to as far down as you can go.
TOP TIP- If you don't have enough hairbands you can use elastic bands. Personally I recommend using them anyway, as you can plait the hair all the way to the bottom better and there is less of a gap of waves when you take it out.
Plait like this all the way around your head, making sure you get roughly the same amount of hair all the way round. I then put in a bit of sea salt spray so that in the morning it looks more 'beachy'.
TOP TIP- Spray each plait with a bit of hairspray. Make sure it's not a full hold one as I tend to find they make your hair feel kind of plastic - like and horrible. Putting hairspray on them makes them stay in longer the next way, as well as making the waves come out a lot better.
Then just sleep! You can put them up into a bun if you want to, but if not just go to sleep like that. When you wake up take the plaits out one by one. And volá, you have wavy/crimped hair!
TOP TIP- I like to them brush my hair out, it makes it look more natural, and just ensures you have no knots. I then put in a bit more sea salt spray and hairspray to perfect the look at you're done!
You can do half up half down, or clip the front bits. Whatever you wish, but I like to just leave it down. It's so simple to do, and looks so nice.
Thank you for reading, I hope you enoyed and tell me if you do this hairstyle.
Love,
Elise xo

Hello!
Today I thought I'd share what I had in my school bag, I love reading/watching these because they always give me little ideas of what I should perhaps have as well!
My bag is just a big black handbag from Primark, it's horrible, I thought I was cool getting it because handbags as school bags was all the rage. However now I have to wait until it breaks to get a new one, I just want a black backpack.
Obviously I have all of my school books, and textbooks, and random booklets that I am meant to take to every lesson but always forget. I also have my planner, which is basically empty as I either do my homework at lunch or just forget to write it down. It does have my lessons on the back though, which is extremely useful because I'm very forgetful.
I have one notepad, which is used for just general note taking, although I'm meant to do it in my rough book, I lost it. The notepad is by Gabriella Lindley (velvetgh0st), the 'Sparkle Like A Diamond' one, I also have the other one but this is used for things I need to keep/neat. I love these notepads, they are so inexpensive, the design is gorgeous they just look so good in your bag, and they are so practical!
I don't have a pencil case. Hands down the start of this school year I had everything. Now I have one pen and one pencil (not mine), half of a ruler because it snapped and one highlighter. The only thing I do have is a calculator and I'd cry if I lost that. I did have a reading book in here, but I don't really read in lessons so I put the book in my locker and just take it out on Mondays when we have reading at form time.
In the bottom of my bag, I have a Toffee Crisp, not a clue why it's there but. I also have a pen which doesn't work. And some Tipex that has nothing in it, I just haven't thrown it away yet. I also have some random little bits of paper which have no use. A little compact mirror in the case I ever need one. My Miss Sport lipstick in 500 Oh Sweet Mocha. My uniform card and a leave of absence from ages ago.
I also have my Zoella Beauty Lace Collar bag. I was originally going to put my makeup in there but I never touch it up during the day so I decided to make myself a little 'emergency bag which isn't really for emergencies'. It contains all the things that one day either myself or one of my friends may need. This has cotton buds, incase mascara or eyeliner smudges. A lipbalm, I do have one in my blazer pocket, but this one is never opened just incase someone else needs one or I lose mine. A pen, incase I ever need to quickly write something down (I take this with me at weekends and stuff). Tweezers incase I find any little stray hairs on my eyebrows. Soap and Glory mini hand cream, I don't really get dry hands but some of my friends do and this product is meant to be amazing. A little deodorant, always important. Sanitary towels, just in case it decides it wants to annoy me or someone else and start early. A little Hersheys Cookies and Cream bar, simply because sometimes (mostly when I'm on my period) I will suddenly crave chocolate and be moody until I get some, so incase I or anyone else really needs chocolate. And some loose change, incase I ever get stuck anywhere, or really want to buy something, or if someone doesn't have enough money for the train/bus. I should also put a pair of tights in there because I always ladder mine (credit to Eve Bennett for the idea)
I hope you enoyed what's in my bag always and maybe it gave you some ideas about the little things you may want to take with you. If you have anything else I could take, just let me know!
Lots of love,
Elise xo
